Waiting for Daddy...

Each night Aidan sits on the back porch and waits for Nate to come home...I'm sure the entire neighborhood knows he's waiting as he constantly yells "Dad" in every voice he can come up with! Yesterday he decided Chloe should wait for daddy as well.

Soccer Stud!

Aidan joined his first soccer team, Lil' Kickers. His best bud Brendan is on his team. This was his 2nd week and he was greatly improved! I only had to chase him out of the gym twice!

Happy St. Paddy's Day!

Aidan and I had a great St. Paddy's Day! We spent the morning at the zoo with Amy, Vivi and Nana and then went over to his buddy Dario's house for a wonderful Irish dinner - thanks Sherry and Joel - it was great catching up!

Lil' Artist...

Auntie Anna and Uncle Jeff got Aidan an easel for Christmas...he has turned into quite the artist - thankfully only a little bit on the walls....

So what does a mom of (almost) two ask for as her birthday gift? Why a membership to the zoo of course! And we have been doing our best to enjoy it with this gift of warm weather here in Chicago!
