Bird Houses, Octopus Pizza and a Fire Station...

We decided to stay in town most of the week for Spring Break, so I had to come up with some fun things for these kiddos to do....

We started with decorating bird houses....

We moved on to octopus shaped pizzas.....

...and finished up with a tour of the fire house by my good friend Traci. Lucas says almost daily that he wants to be a fireman, so he was thrilled!

Lucas so badly wants to be a fire fighter!

Spring Break is off to a great start!

Baby Anthony...

So proud of our little buddy in Minnesota, Anthony, who was born super early but is doing awesome!!!! Way to Grow Baby Anthony! We love you and can't wait to see you! xoxo

On Sunday we went to a park district Easter Egg Hunt. We met up with Anna, Jeff and Jude - while it was great to see them the hunt was actually a little too intense for us! Next time they should say no parents allowed :-)

We had fun anyway...and it was good practice for the hunt at Grandma's house on Easter!

Aquarium...

Aidan and Lucas got a membership to the Aquarium from my mom for Christmas - we went last week and had a great time with Kylie and Jude. Can't wait until it warms up and we can be down there a lot more!

Uh-oh....

Aidan had a report sent home from school this week. I love how they do reports - they tell the parents what happened and make the kids draw a picture of how they will make a better choice next time. I would never post this on here except that his drawing is so stinking cute!

In response, we have now modified the "chore chart" and created a "behavior/chore chart." I of course had a great time making it cute and so far he seems to like it!

Aidan had his 6 year check up and did great - still off the charts on height (48 inches!!) and doing great. I am so glad the boys love their pediatrician! We had a little fun while waiting for Dr. Minkus....
